Privacy policy

How YOURSKIN+ handles information, optional cookies, service providers and privacy requests.

1. Scope and operator

YOURSKIN Co., Ltd. operates the YOURSKIN+ brand information site at www.yourskinplus.com. We publish product, ingredient, brand and journal content. The site has no account registration, checkout or order processing. Purchases take place at linked Naver and Coupang retailers.

External retailers and service providers also have their own privacy policies. Visiting the site or reading the terms does not grant consent to optional tracking.

2. Delivery and security

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser, device and network information to deliver and secure the site and respond to errors or abuse.

The analytics default does not vary by connection country or site language. We do not use a separate location lookup service or request GPS access for this setting.

3. Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics: when enabled by the default below or your choice, Google receives page and product views, retailer clicks, language changes, URLs, referrers, device/browser information and cookie identifiers. Google processes IP addresses on receipt and states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We use analytics to understand visits and improve content. Our code disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals.

Meta: after permission, Meta receives PageView, ViewContent and retailer-click events, URLs, IP addresses, browser/device information and cookie identifiers to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may associate information with its accounts and use it for its own purposes, including personalization, under its policy.

Permissions are independent. Google Analytics starts by default in every region and does not run when you turn off Site analytics in the footer cookie settings. Meta Pixel requires your explicit advertising permission in every region. Saved analytics opt-outs continue to apply. We do not add names, phone numbers or order details, or count retailer clicks as purchases. Automatic advanced matching and server-side Conversions API are not installed in this site code.

4. Browser storage and retention

ys_cookie_preferences stores your two choices, policy version, choice timestamp and expiry in this browser’s local storage. Advertising choices are valid for 180 days; after expiry, advertising stops until you explicitly allow it again. Analytics opt-outs do not expire after 180 days and remain until you turn analytics back on or browser storage is cleared. Only explicit choices are stored; the default is not saved as consent. This record is not sent to a separate consent database.

Google _ga and _ga_* cookies support enabled analytics. Our code sets a 180-day expiry; Google may refresh it during return visits while analytics is enabled. Browser restrictions may shorten it. Meta _fbp and _fbc cookies support permitted ad measurement and attribution; availability and expiry follow Meta and browser policies.

On withdrawal we attempt to clear the relevant Google cookies and _fbp/_fbc on our domain and unload the tracking software. Browser cookie expiry is distinct from provider-side retention. Google user/event retention depends on the Analytics property settings; aggregate reports may follow other rules. Meta and Cloudflare service records follow their provider policies. Withdrawal or deleting cookies does not automatically erase information already received by providers; contact us or the provider to exercise applicable rights.

5. Recipients and international processing

Cloudflare, Inc. processes connection information when a request is made for site delivery and security. Its global network may process information in the United States and other countries.

Google LLC and the relevant Google service entities receive the analytics information above through encrypted browser requests when analytics is enabled by the default or your choice and views or events occur. Meta Platforms, Inc. and relevant Meta service entities similarly receive the ad-measurement information after advertising permission. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. Their linked policies explain their own purposes, retention and rights procedures.

You can decline or withdraw the optional services, including their overseas processing, without losing access to products or retailer links. The specific service entity and processing locations depend on provider contracts and policies.

6. Your choices

Open Cookie settings in the footer, choose your preferences and select Save choices. To stop analytics, uncheck Site analytics and save. Reject all turns off both analytics and advertising. Closing the dialog leaves your settings unchanged.

Analytics starts by default in every region without an automatic consent dialog. Existing analytics opt-outs continue to apply. To turn analytics back on, check Site analytics in Cookie settings and save.

Cookie settings in the footer is available in every region. Your saved explicit choices override the default. The default is never stored as your consent. Advertising requires your explicit permission in every region. A browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal blocks ad measurement. Withdrawal of active measurement reloads the page. Other browsers and devices have separate preferences; blocked or cleared storage may prevent an opt-out from persisting, so analytics may start by default on a later visit.

7. Contact and rights

Privacy contact: leolee, leolee.baksuls@gamil.com. Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal or general questions. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify and handle a request, and respond under applicable law.

Contact us opens your email app, without storing a web form or automatically sending a message. If you send an email, your reply address, any name, message and attachments you provide are used to respond. Do not include unnecessary identity numbers, payment details or sensitive health information. Unnecessary inquiry information is removed after its purpose is fulfilled; information needed for a legal obligation or dispute is retained only for that reason and necessary scope.

You may complain to the privacy supervisory authority in your region. In South Korea, the privacy infringement reporting centre can be reached at 118.

8. Changes

Effective 15 September 2026. Material changes to information, purposes or recipients will be announced on the site, and new permission will be requested where required.

Analytics starts by default in every region. To turn it off, uncheck Site analytics and select Save choices. Advertising requires your explicit permission.
